Winners must pick up their prize at either the Times Community Newspapers Kettering office or the Greene County Dailies at the Xenia office.
We do not mail or deliver prizes. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding holidays.

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

TO ENTER: Go to the Contest Page. Click on Contest in the navigation bar and you will be directed to the entry form.  After filling in all the blanks completely, click "submit" button. Only complete entries are eligible for the drawing.

Only One (1) entry per person is permitted. If multiple entries are received from any person or email address, subsequent entries will be disqualified.
Entries for the drawing must be received no later than midnight August 1st. No purchase necessary.

Times Community Newspapers and the Greene County Dailies are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Certificate is non refundable or exchangeable. Cash substitutions are not permitted.
The Times Community Newspapers and the Greene County Dailies make no warranty with respect to any prize and reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal of greater value, the right to change, modify, or extend contest dates if it should be deemed necessary.

WINNER: The winner will be decided by random drawing the day following contest end. Contest winners will published in the Thursday edition of the Times Community Newspapers and the Greene County Dailies. Only one (1) winner per household. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of posting date.

Winner agrees to allow use of name and photos by the Times Community Newspapers without further compensation. Winner also agrees to opt-in to our e-newsletter.  Winners must pick up their prize at the Times Community Newspapers office in Kettering or the Greene County Dailies office in Xenia unless otherwise indicated. ELIGIBILITY: All contestants must be 18 years of age or older and must show a valid drivers license or picture ID. Contest entries must be completed in full to be eligible to win. Employees of the Times Community Newspapers, the Greene County Dailies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. In fairness to all, the Times Community Newspapers or the Greene County Dailies cannot discuss the contest by phone, mail or in any other way with the contestants.

Other Conditions: The Times Community Newspapers/Grene County Dailies assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.

The Times Community Newspapers/Grene County Dailies reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the newspapers 's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes.

The Times Community Newspapers/Grene County Dailies is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest by any technical or human errors, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest.

The Times Community Newspapers/Grene County Dailies reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes at any time and award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.

The Times Community Newspapers/Grene County Dailies reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or web-site or to be acting in violation of the official rules.
