BEAVERCREEK — More than 20 restaurants, bakeries, and caterers are expected to bring their best and most popular cuisine for you to enjoy at the 17th annual Taste of Greene County, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Nutter Center.
Appetizers, soups, salads, main entrées and desserts will be available for you to sample for one admission price.
Tickets, which are are limited, are $18 for adults. Tickets may be purchased at the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, 3210 Beaver Vu Drive, through Ticketmaster, or at the WSU Nutter Center Box Office. Tickets are $13 for those 60-years-old an over and active duty military. Children ages six to 12 are $6 while children five and under are admitted free.
In addition to great food, there will be raffle drawings, a silent auction, and music to dine by.
You can let the restaurants know which items you love by voting for your favorites. Awards will be given for best appetizer, best salad or soup, best entrée or sandwich, best BBQ, best dessert, best beverage, people’s choice, and best decorated booth.
Those expected to participate include: bd’s Mongolian Grill, Beef O’Brady’s, Busy Bee Café, Cadillac Jack’s, Cheryl’s Cookies, City Barbeque, Don Pablo’s, Ele Cake Company, Giovanni’s, Greene County Career Center, Ice Bubble, Jeet India, Kilwin’s, Max & Erma’s, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, Red Lobster, Rudy’s Smokehouse, Smoothie King, Texas Roadhouse, The Garden Grille at Hilton Garden Inn, The Waterfall Café at Soin and Young’s Jersey Dairy.
