BEAVERCREEK — A dedicated surgical technician, Jerome Crosswhite has been associated with Kettering Health Network for more than 36 years.

Jerome worked at Greene Memorial Hospital for 31 years and recently transferred to Soin Medical Center where he now opens and scrubs cases in the operating room, including many robotic surgeries.

“I enjoy helping people and am constantly learning new things,” he said.

He believes working in health care takes teamwork along with a good work ethic as well as enjoying helping the public.

The Yellow Springs resident graduated from Greeneview High School and attended college in Iowa before coming back home to Greene County.

Married to his wife Lisa for 35 years, she is an Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatcher. The couple has two children and four grandchildren.

When Jerome isn’t helping patients at the hospital, he loves to hunt, fish and coach football.

“I love working at Soin because I have great co-workers who are a wonderful team, and the Kettering Health Network atmosphere helps us do the best possible job each day. It is all about showing the best care to our patients.”
