XENIA — People of all ages can enjoy a variety programs for the month of November at the Xenia Community Library, 3618 Dayton-Xenia Road. To register for an event call at 937-352-4000.

Creative Construction, 3:30-5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16. See what you can build with cardboard tubes, straws, and other interesting materials.

Recycled Crafts for ages 12-18, 3:30-4:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17. What can you make with a variety of recycled materials? We’ll glue together interesting things to make a wreath, an ornament, or something from your imagination.

Xenia Small Business Fair, 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18. Meet many of the successful small business owners in Xenia and get tips from these owners about starting your own business.

Customized Cookie Cutter Creation for ages 12 and up, 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 18. Design your own cookie cutter or cookie stamps. After using our software to create your design, use 3D printing techniques to make a cookie cutter or use the laser engraver to create a personalized cookie stamp. Registration required.

Bring a T-Shirt, Make a Pillow for ages 10-18, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21. This class will teach you the basics of sewing while creating your own custom pillow from a T-shirt. Learn how to thread and use a sewing machine as well as hand stitch. Bring your own T-shirt. Presented by Spark Place staff. Registration required.

Toddler Story Time for ages 2-4 with adult, 10:30-11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 28.

Preschool Story Time for ages 4-5, 10:30-11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 28.

Baby Story Time for ages 0-24 months with adult, 10:30-11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 24.

Xenia Friends Movie Series for all ages, 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25. Join us for a fun family movie and enjoy refreshments while you watch.

Glowing Greetings for ages 8 and up, 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 25. Take your paper craft skills to new levels by making your personalized cards light up. In this class design and create a greeting card and learn how to add a battery and LEDs to make it glow. Registration required.

Fruit and Vegetable Prints, Monday, 4-4:45 p.m. Nov. 27. Use fruits and vegetables as stamps to make a fun and unique print.

Make a Vintage Holiday Necklace for adults, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27. Learn to make an elegant 1950s-style double-strand necklace for the holidays from glass pearls and crystals. Lilly Rose will be the instructor. Registration required.

Holiday Gift Tags for adults, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28. Make three holiday gift tags with ribbon, charms, and embellishments, then make three additional tags of your own design. Registration required.
