WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Greene County Common Pleas Court Adult Probation Director Melissa Litteral in Xenia became a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management (ICM) having successfully completed the rigorous requirements of ICM’s Fellows Program. Litteral and 21 other court professionals from around the United States took part in graduation ceremonies conducted at the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. Ms. Pamela Q. Harris, State Court Administrator at the Maryland Administrative Office of he Courts and Fellow from the class of 2000, welcomed and addressed the graduates.
