XENIA — The Xenia High School girls golf team won a dual match over Springfield HS at WGC golf course Monday. Xenia scored 191 vs Springfield 239. Senior Kasey Caudill was the medalist while leading her Xenia team with a low score of 45.

BELLBROOK — The Bellbrook Golden Eagles couldn’t quite get over the hump through the first three quarters. After starting 0-4 in the red zone, the Eagles finally found the end zone with 7:25 remaining for the go ahead touchdown, as they beat the Miamisburg Vikings 21-14 to start their season.
