William E. John 1921-2010 William E. John, 88, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at Hospitality Home East. He was born September 28, 1921, in Dayton, the son of Robert and Goldie John, Sr. He was a member of Xenia Elks Lodge #668, Jamestown Masonic Lodge, #352, and retired from DELCO Products-General Motors. He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Kathy S. John, Xenia, and Barbara (Tom) Chew, Medina, a granddaughter, Aimee (Andy) Watson, Shaker Heights, and by a great-granddaughter, Mayna Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Rosemary P. (Kern) John, on May 1, 2001, and by a brother, Robert John, Jr. Graveside services will be held at 2pm, Friday, July 23, 2010, at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia, with Rev. Pamela Gaylor officiating.
