FAIRBORN — The Fairborn Police and Greene County Agencies for Combined Enforcement (ACE Task Force), worked together to serve a search warrant Tuesday, Sept. 13, to H&M Smoke Shop.
According to a release by the Fairborn Police, citizens had complained throughout a number of months that the owner/management of the business had been selling spice, which the release said is a synthetic cannabinoid. This sparked an investigation by the ACE Task Force.
H&M Smoke Shop, located at 1866 Maple Ave., had evidence removed during the search, which will be submitted to a crime lab for analysis. Information collected will be given to the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office for necessary charges.
