BEAVERCREEK — The Trebein Elementary Fourth Annual Science Fair hosted more than 100 students in grades three, four and five.

Students have been working on these investigations for more than a month.

Trebein Elementary had parents and volunteers from Wright Patterson Air Force Base assisted with the judging of student projects.

Project topics range from physics of sports, to food, testing and designing an ArtBot, circuitry, and experiments with Density and Chemical reactions.

Students tested questions such as which brand of popcorn pops best, which brand of soda creates the largest explosion when mixed with Mentos, what material makes the strongest brick, can a potato chart my iPad, and much more.
