XENIA — Hospitality Home East in Xenia is holding a family fun day 12-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22.

The event will feature music from Soul Express along with a petting zoo, pony rides, games, food, crafts, inflatables, face painting and more.

The event is being held to show the organization’s appreciation for Xenia and to help raise money for the Xenia Rotary Foundation, according to executive director John Flanagan.

“Anyone in Xenia can attend,” he said.

While there is no set cost to attend, Flanagan said organizers are hoping people will donate money while they are there.

“We’re not going to hold anyone to it,” he said.
