FAIRBORN — The City of Fairborn has created a questionnaire regarding trash and recycling services for citizens to provide feedback for the upcoming waste collection contract.

For the next month, residents can go to the city website, www.ci.fairborn.oh.us, and find the questionnaire located on the center of the page.

The new waste collection contract will go into effect April 1, 2016. Information collected from the questionnaire will help ensure that the requirements in the bidders proposal accurately reflect the needs of the community, as well as determine any areas where improvements to the trash and recycling services could be made.

The form should take a few minutes to complete and consists primarily of multiple choice responses with a few open ended questions for comments. The questionnaire will be available for 30 days.
