XENIA — Members of the FFA chapters in Yellow Springs and Cedarville took first and second place honors at the State Cooperative Education judging contest. The contest is designed to stimulate students to learn ways of doing business in America with emphasis on agricultural Cooperatives. There were 435 FFA members from around Ohio who competed. The Yellow Springs and Cedarville teams posted the highest scores in the history of the competition.

First Place State Cooperative Education Team-Yellow Springs FFA: Hafiz Mensah - 1st individual in Ohio, Izzy Long - 2nd individual in Ohio, Landon Rhoads - 4th individual in Ohio, Zane Pergram - 7th individual in Ohio, Ashley Longshaw - 13th individual in Ohio, Jessica Livesay - 55th individual in Ohio, Tristan Campbell.

Second Place State Cooperative Education Team - Cedarville FFA: Jamie Huston - 3rd individual in Ohio, Brooke Anderson - 5th individual in Ohio, MacKenzieLiming - 6th individual in Ohio, Emma Horney - 24th individual in Ohio, Drew Waymire, Natalie Horsley, Andrew Click.
