XENIA — A Xenia High School teacher is on administrative leave while the school district conducts an investigation.
Xenia Community Schools Public Information Officer Mark Manley did not release the teacher’s name but confirmed the investigation. He did not say what the investigation is about or what prompted it.
Xenia Police were originally involved but according to a statement from the schools, there will be no charges will be filed against the teacher. The “expectation” is that the matter will be fully resolved by Tuesday, Sept. 2.
The teacher has not taught since the first day of classes, Aug. 18, officials confirmed.
