XENIA — Bon-Ton Stores Inc., the parent company of Elder-Beerman, will hold a job fair Wednesday, Sept. 10 from noon to 4 p.m. at the OhioMeansJobs Greene County offices at 581 Ledbetter Road in Xenia. The retail giant has numerous seasonal opportunities available for material handlers and processors at its distribution center in Fairborn.
To be eligible for on-the-spot interviews at the job fair, candidates must complete an employment application and assessment online at careers.bonton.com prior to attending. Bon-Ton is looking for applicants who are reliable, enjoy a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work weekend hours as necessary.
Benefits include a starting wage up to $10.79, incentive pay, shift differential and an associate discount. Openings are available for all shifts. The facility is open from 7 a.m. to 12:45 a.m.
