BEAVERCREEK — Honing their outdoor survival skills, participants in Greene County Parks & Trails’ Advanced Outdoor Skills camp learned to build a lean-to, cook supper over an open fire and use a map with compass to find buried treasure.


After spending the night in their lean-to, campers prepared their own pancake breakfast. The overnight camp was held at the newly opened Russ Nature Reserve in Beavercreek.
