XENIA — Conflict is a normal, and even healthy part of relationships. We spend about a third of our life with our co-workers. Relationship conflicts are inevitable. Learning to deal with them in a healthy way is crucial. By learning the skills you need for successful conflict resolution, you can keep your personal and professional relationships strong and growing.
The Xenia Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Managing & Resolving Conflict in the Workplace seminar at 11:30 a.m. April 23 at the Xenia YMCA. Monday is the final day to register for the program, presented by 3F Coaching.
In this workshop you will learn the causes of workplace conflict, why it’s important to resolve conflict, the “do’s and don’ts” of conflict, effective communication strategies and the steps in the conflict resolution process. Presenters are Diane Dixon, CLU, coach, and Denise Dixon Davis, coach of 3F Coaching.
