CEDARVILLE (WDTN) – The West Liberty man accused of stealing money from Cedarville University is back in Greene County.

Andrew Davis, 30, was arrested in Indiana last week.

He is charged with stealing more than $30,000 dollars from the university’s administrative building.

Davis worked for a food service company that worked at the university.

He is now in the Greene County Jail. A grand jury will convene to hear the theft charges against him.

An indictment could come as soon as the end of the week.
