“Grace had a GREAT pre-Rio triathlon camp in Pensacola, Fla., and feels ready to race! On Saturday, Sept. 3, the triathlon team flew to Houston for Team USA processing. They were treated like royalty! Grace found her own locker cubical with her name etched in the glass. She and all the other team members spent Sunday trying on sponsors clothing, being fit for their Opening Ceremony outfits, and getting fitted for their podium athletic suits. Grace says one of the most memorable moments was when she received her own Olympic ring to commemorate the Rio 2016 Games!

Grace enjoyed quite the fun photo shoot in Houston with the 10-member U.S. triathlon team. Then later that evening, Team USA was given a police escort to the Houston airport to board their plane for Rio!” —Robin Norman.
