XENIA — Xenia police Tuesday arrested two suspects wanted in connection with an October home invasion.
Richard L. Nared, 22, and Timothy L. Dunlap, 19, were wanted for aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery — both first degree felonies — after they allegedly were part of the invasion Oct. 23 on Delta Avenue.
They had been at-large since the alleged incident.
Another suspect, Yolanda L. Cowin, 33, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with aggravated burglary. She is being held on $20,000 bond according to Greene County Jail records.
Dunlap is being held on $100,000 bond on each count. Booking information on Nared was not available as of press time.
Police say the resident — a 92-year-old man — answered a knock on his door approximately 7:20 p.m. and multiple suspects rushed in and began to assault him. The man was pinned to the ground by the assailants and money was stolen from his home.
According to Capt. Scott Anger it was not a random act, as the suspects knew the victim through acquaintances.
