FAIRBORN — The National Museum of the United States Air Force is opening a new spy-themed exhibit on Sept. 15.
The exhibit is based around a James Bond-style fantasy tailored for the whole family. Titled “Top Secret: License to Spy,” the exhibit will focus on the science and technology of spying and espionage.
“ ‘Top Secret: License to Spy’ offers an exciting hands-on opportunity for all visitors to test their skills in collaboration and problem-solving,” said museum director David Tillotson. “Families, educators and youth groups will not want to miss it.”
The exhibit is scheduled to run from Sept. 15 to Dec. 16 at the museum, which is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Access to the exhibit, like the museum, is free for guests.
“Imagine Exhibitions is proud to partner with Scitech to bring ‘Top Secret’ to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force,” said Imagine Exhibitions CEO Tom Zaller. “Diving into the mind of a secret agent to learn about the world of spies and espionage is a really fun way to engage visitors and encourage them to learn about cool, cutting-edge technologies being used today.”
In the exhibition, visitors will need to gather the intelligence needed to complete the mission by breaking codes, uncovering microdots, using spy satellites, and creating disguises.
