CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Zachary Parrott of Xenia graduated from Marine Corps Recruit Training at Parris Island, S.C. on June 1. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Parrott.
While at Parris Island he received training in first aid, general military subjects, physical fitness, Marine Corp history and more. He is a gradate of Xenia High School. Parrott will report to the School of Infantry at Camp Geiger, N.C. before attending school for a military occupational specialty – motor transport operator. He will then report to duty on the East Coach or overseas.
