New parks rangers sworn in

XENIA — Greene County Parks & Trails (GCP&T) welcomed its two newest rangers during a recent Greene County Park District meeting.

The rangers are commissioned through the Greene County Park District.

The ranger division is currently comprised of six rangers who patrol the agency’s nearly 3,000 acres of parkland and 62 miles of paved trails seven days a week.

One opening exists for an additional ranger.
