FAIRBORN — Jordan Tyler, 21, pled guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and was sentenced to nine months imprisonment to run concurrently.

According to the Fairborn Police Department, who responded to the crime and made the initial arrest, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Princeton Avenue July 20 in reference to an assault.

Officers made an arrest and created a police report. His charge of aggravated assault is a fourth-degree felony. He pled not guilty Aug. 3 to an attempted murder charge after allegedly stabbing a Springfield man in Fairborn when the initial arrest took place. He was indicted for the first-degree felony, as well as two counts of felonious assault and the misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon. His bond was set at $350,000.
