Ballots coming in early

GREENE COUNTY — Early voting numbers as of Nov. 2 are in — and high, according to Greene County Board of Elections Executive Director Llyn McCoy.

She said 4,354 individuals have taken to the polls ahead of Election Day, while 13,712 voters have submitted their ballots via absentee mail totalling to 21,582 early voters. Early voting stared Oct. 10.

To become an early voter, visit the Greene County Board of Elections at 551 Ledbetter Road in Xenia. It will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3; 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4 and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5.

Polls on Election Day will be open 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6.
