Cadets graduate peace officer training

Twenty-five cadets graduated from the Greene County Career Center Peace Officer Basic Training class Feb. 19. These graduates are prepared to take the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy certification test, which will allow them to licensed law enforcement officers in Ohio.

Mike Hild, Sr., serves as commander of the adult program at Greene County Career Center. The class included Kaleigh Bernt, John Bolton, Jared Bond, Jordan Brooks, Caleb Brown, Douglas DeVore, Daniel Doherty, Shawn Elliott, Samuel Fullen, Joseph Greening, Edward Hammond, Kenneth Huffman, Tarrel Jackson, James Johnson, Cory Jones, Derek Koogler, Eugene Longo, Michael Madrid, Anthony Mountjoy, Coleton Piatt, Joseph Pugh, Timothy Pugh, Easton VonHolle, Eric Walker and Christopher Webb.
