Rocky James was chosen as the Edward Jones Investments Athlete of the Month for January for Xenia High School. This award is being sponsored by the office of Mike Reed at Edward Jones Investments of Xenia, serving Xenia, Jamestown, Cedarville and surrounding areas. James is a senior on the boys varsity basketball team. He was selected Player of the Year in the Greater Western Ohio Conference’s South Division. He was one of five players selected to the All-GWOC Team and was selected as a Division I first-team All-Southwest District selection. In the fall, Rocky plans on attending Saint Francis University in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to play football.

Josh Wilson was chosen as the Edward Jones Investments Athlete of the Month for January for Cedarville High School. This award is being sponsored by the office of Mike Reed at Edward Jones Investments of Xenia, serving Xenia, Jamestown, Cedarville and surrounding areas. Wilson, a senior on the boys varsity basketball team, averaged 19.2 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.1 steals each game. He broke the all-time record for career 3-pointers at Cedarville and is currently sitting at 98. He had a season-high of 27 against the Ohio Heritage Conference champions, West Liberty-Salem on January 22. His grade-point average is 3.857 and he plans on attending Cedarville University in the fall to play baseball.
