XENIA — Kroger store manager Chris Ferguson provided inspiration for a new Katy Perry hit Tuesday afternoon.
“I kissed a pig and I liked it.”
Well … nobody is certain if Ferguson enjoyed it, but he did pucker up with a swine outside the store. It was all in good fun and for a good cause. Ferguson gave the pig a smooch because he raised the most money among fellow employees for the Greene County Relay for Life. Store-wide, the Xenia Kroger raised $240, with $167 coming from Ferguson.
“We wanted to do something to raise money for a real good cause,” he said. “We’re just happy to donate money to that cause.”
And the kiss?
“It was everything I thought it would be,” Ferguson said.
