JAMESTOWN — Greeneview Middle School recently named its April students of the month.

Recognized were Wyatt Daugherty (eighth grade); Madison Jamison (seventh grade); Julia Leach (sixth grade); and Brooke Sharpe (fifth grade).

The school sent the following information about each student.

Daugherty is an energetic, polite student with a mind of inquiry. He often volunteers and pays attention well in class.

Jamison always has a smile on her face and is consistently cheerful in class. She works very hard to be successful and is caring towards the success of her peers. Jamison is a joy to have in the classroom.

Leach is a very hard worker who uses her time wisely to complete assignments. She is an extremely creative writer, who thinks outside the box when developing ideas. She is very polite and outgoing with her peers. The sixth grade teachers appreciate her volunteering in class to read, answer questions, or to come up with solutions.

Sharpe is an excellent student. She completes all work on time with attention to detail. She is a conscientious student who shows compassion towards other students. She participates in classroom activities and is always prepared for class. She has a great heart and shows kindness on a regular basis. Sharpe makes our class a better place.
