The first floor of the new city administration building opened Tuesday. Utility and tax billing customers were able to utilize the expanded space. The community development offices also moved and were operating in the new location as well. The new building features a 24-hour, drive-up payment drop box. The remainder of the building will open over the next couple weeks.
