Two dead after Grinnell Road crime

MIAMI TOWNSHIP — Two people have been left dead on the 3400 block of Grinnell Road. According to Greene County Sheriff Gene Fischer, “several” shots were fired, and the coroner is on scene.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is working alongside the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations to collect evidence. Fischer said law enforcement officials are currently working to observe how many shots were fired. The investigation is still in the early stages.

Grinnell Road is currently closed at the Clifton Road intersection and will remain closed for “several hours,” Fischer said.
