SPRINGFIELD – Discount advanced sale tickets for The Fair at New Boston, Sept. 5 – 6, are now available for purchase in person or online.

The George Rogers Clark Heritage Association (GRCHA) is offering these early tickets at a reduced price to individuals and to groups.

Single advanced sale tickets for each adult will cost $8 for one day’s admission. This is $2 less than admission at the gate on the day of the event. Children’s admission is $3 in advance or at the gate. Tots aged 5 years and under are admitted free as always.

Discount advanced sale tickets will be available at all branches of Security National Bank during their regular hours until Aug. 29.

Also until Aug. 29, tickets will be available for sale online at www.FairAtNewBoston.org. The purchase will be processed by PayPal. These tickets will be mailed to the buyer.

Until Sept. 4, tickets can be purchased at the GRCHA Gathering House near the entrance to George Rogers Clark Park. The building will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Fair at New Boston is presented by the George Rogers Clark Heritage Association, a non-profit, all volunteer organization. Gates will open at 10 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. both days, Sept. 5 and 6. Organizers ask attendees not to bring pets. Since the Fair at New Boston will be held rain or shine, tickets are not refundable.
